VFC 18U AA: Dylan Nassoiy
Coach Nassoiy has been with the Valley Forge Colonial Organization since the 2023–2024 season where he has coached at the Midget AA level each season. His playing experience consists of AA hockey at the Hatfield Ice Dogs and played his collegiate hockey at Millersville DII ACHA. Coach Nassoiy currently is one of the 18AA coaches and is the Head Coach of Perkiomen Valley Varsity. In addition to 18AA, Coach Nassoiy will be assistant coach on 16AA for the 2026–2027 season. Coach’s philosophy is rooted in teamwork and unity:
“Everybody’s important, everybody’s a lead dog, we are all part of the pack.”

VFC 16U AA: Brennan McCourt
Coach McCourt has been with the Valley Forge Colonials since the 2019–2020 season where he has worked with all levels of our midget program primarily at the AA level. Coach is currently the Head Coach of the 18AA team, Assistant Coach on the 15AA team, and Assistant Coach on West Chester University’s D1 ACHA team. In addition to 16AA, Coach McCourt will be an assistant coach for 18AA. Coach McCourt believes that “Excellence is a Habit”, and that if players believe in that statement, they will be successful in the sport and in life.

VFC 15U AA: Pat Croce
Coach Croce is a highly respected and sought-after hockey coach with over 26 years of experience developing players at every level of the game. As a Level 5 USA Hockey Masters accredited instructor, Coach Croce brings elite expertise to youth development, high school programs, and collegiate athletes alike. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for West Chester University’s D1 men’s club team and Perkiomen Valley’s Hockey Director, Coach Croce has built an impressive coaching résumé that includes head coaching positions at Boyertown, Abington, Hatboro-Horsham, and St. Joe’s Prep high schools. As the owner and lead instructor of MCHockey, he continues to impact the hockey community through specialized training and player development programs. His career is defined by a deep passion for fostering player growth, enhancing technical skill development, and instilling a genuine love for the game in every athlete he mentors. Whether working with emerging youth players or elite-level competitors, Coach Croce’s commitment to excellence and player-centered approach makes him an invaluable asset to any individual or program striving to reach their full potential.

VFC 14U AA: Rob Pilarski
Rob Pilarski is a skills and development coach focused on elevating athletes to the next level. As a recent college graduate, Rob has experience playing and coaching at the collegiate level with Temple University. Rob competed in two National Championships as a youth player, and is focused on instilling the same winning mentality into the athletes he works with. His coaching style is centered around open communication and fostering a positive, competitive environment. With an emphasis on puck possession, positioning, and the ability to manipulate time and space he provides tools that young athletes can use to elevate their game.

VFC Mite AA: Full-ice
Mike Moeller

VF Militia 2018 will be headed up by Mike Moeller, VFC Hockey Director. This team will be a full-ice Mite team competing in the AHF. Mike has been coaching for many years, at all levels of hockey, most recently with VFC 15U AA.

VF Militia will also have a AHF Add-on team (partial half ice (VFC) and partial full ice (VF Militia) game play).
